Capsicum With Fish Fillings
Ingredients
  • 2 pieces mackerel – only use the flesh, kneaded
  • 2 capsicum – cut into 2 & remove seed

Ingredients A – For the Coating

  • 3 cloves garlic *
  • 4 onions *
  • 1 inch ginger *
  • 1 stalk celery *
  • 2 tea spoon black pepper powder
  • ¼ tea spoon salt

Ingredient B – For the Gravy

  • ½ cup coconut milk

* Chopped 

Instructions
  1. Mix fish with Ingredients A. Mix well.
  2. Fill capsicum with mixture.
  3. Put the capsicum in a pot and pour coconut milk into the pot.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
