Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients

Ingredients A: Tomato Sauce

  • 2 tomatoes # 
  • ½ of onions # 
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon of cooking oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar

# Diced

Ingredients B: Filling

  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
  • 1 large onion – diced
  • 1 clove of garlic – sliced
  • 1 piece chicken breast – chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper

Ingredient C

  • 150g dried lasagne– soak for 20 minutes

Instructions for Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat oven at 180° Celsius.
  2. Bake tomato and onion for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and blend with a little water till ingredients turn into paste.
  4. In a wok, heat oil.
  5. Add blended ingredients, salt and sugar.
  6. Simmer for few minutes and set aside.

Instructions for the Fillings

  1. Heat oil and stir onion till fragrant.
  2. Add chicken & Tomato Sauce (Ingredients A). Mixed well until cook.
  3. Season with salt & coarse black pepper. Mixed and stir well. Set aside.

Instructions for Lasagne

  1. Grease oven tray and lined lasagne sheet in it. Add 1/3 fillings.
  2. Repeat process 1 till all ingredients are used up ending with the lasagne sheets at the top.
  3. Cover tray with aluminium foil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and serve.
