Stir Fried Pasta
Ingredients

Ingredients A: Pasta

  • 1 ½ cups of pasta – boil for 10 minutes
  • 1 piece of chicken – chopped
  • ½ cup of water

Ingredients B: For stir-fry 

  • 2 teaspoons of cooking oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic *
  • 5 onions *
  • 4 teaspoons of blended chilli
  • 1 tin (250 g) of tomato puree

* Chopped # Diced

Instructions
  1. Heat cooking oil. Add onion until fragrant.
  2. Add blended chilli, stir for 3 minutes then add tomato puree. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped chicken and let cooked. Add water.
  4. Season with salt and sugar.
  5. Add onion, capsicum and tomato, stir well.
  6. Add pasta and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  8. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
