TUGAS-TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB ASAS

- Menyelia dan menjaga pesakit secara keseluruhan namun tidak terhad kepada pemantauan dan pengambilan tanda-tanda vital, permulaan dan pemberhentian dialisis, menguruskan dokumentasi, menilai keadaan fizikal dan rawatan pesakit, merekodkan arahan daripada pakar perubatan, mendokumentasi dan merekod panduan berdasarkan keputusan makmal
- Mengenalpasti tanda-tanda trauma, peka terhadap keadaan mental dan fizikal pesakit, mematuhi arahan pakar perubatan terhadap rawatan dialisis pesakit, dan memantau rekod perubatan pesakit
- Menganalisa pencapaian pesakit, data makmal dan sekiranya perlu, menyampaikan isu-isu yang berbangkit yang berkaitan dengan pesakit kepada pakar perubatan
- Memberitahu setiap kecemasan, komplikasi yang kritikal dan perkara yang membahayakan nyawa pesakit kepada penyelia, Pengarah Perubatan, Pengarah Operasi Serantau, Pentadbir Fasiliti dan Pentadbir Kumpulan Fasiliti
- Menilai pesakit dan keluarga pesakit berkaitan dengan pengetahuan mereka mengenai dialisis dan perkara-perkara yang berkaitan, juga menyampaikan maklumat berkaitan dengan penyakit buah pinggang dan rawatan yang diperlukan oleh pesakit, termasuk impaknya terhadap kesihatan dan cara kehidupan pesakit
- Menjalankan terapi dialisis, termasuk namun tidak terhad kepada pelan yang dicadangkan oleh pakar perubatan, menilai kadar ultrafiltrasi, mengesahkan bahawa faktor keselamatan sentiasa dipatuhi, memantau ubatan dan rawatan pesakit, menghentikan dialisis mengikut prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, mendokumentasikan segala aktiviti yang berkaitan dengan kesihatan pesakit
- Memberi taklimat kepada pesakit mengenai penjagaan sebelum dan selepas dialisis
- Mentadbir penjagaan kesihatan pesakit dengan hormat dan cermat
- Mengambil bahagian di dalam perkembangan pelaksanaan pelan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang pesakit, dan merekod perkembangan bulanan pesakit
KELAYAKAN MINIMA
- Berdaftar dengan Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia
- Memiliki sijil perkhidmatan terkini
- Baru menamatkan pembelajaran, memiliki pengalaman kurang daripada setahun selepas memiliki lesen
- Mempunyai pengalaman menguruskan dialisis kurang daripada 3 bulan
- Memiliki lesen nefrologi yang diiktiraf, memiliki kelayakan asas di dalam bidang nefrologi

- Assist the dialysis unit Consultant Nephrologist(s) as necessary

- Attend to CODE BLUE situations
- To observe principles of infection and control are followed during care of patients

REQUIREMENTS:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Healthcare data analysts oversee clinical data management and analytics. Responsible for compiling and organizing healthcare data, analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal healthcare management, and communicating their findings with management. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is a key member of DaVita’s field management team. This position is responsible for the general management and oversight of operations. This position provides strategic and tactical leadership, counsel and direction to the field management of DaVita to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care. Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and works closely with General Manager to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Responsible to coordinate the CCS team and support the clinical teammates with the implementation, development and maintenance of:
- Quality programs and quality improvement initiatives;
- Policies and Procedures (P&Ps);
- Clinical risk management and patient safety programs;
- Clinical education and ongoing mandatory in-service training;

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the clinical performance of DaVita’s Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis and Vascular Access clinical services teams as applicable within country.

- Supervises clinical services teammates including the hiring, promotion, correction, professional development, and discharge of teammates in conjunction with the People Services Manager.

- Monitor adverse occurrence reporting and investigation process within the country;
- Ensure appropriate reporting of serious and critical adverse occurrences and supervise appropriate root cause analysis;
- Supports with the appropriate follow up on adverse occurrence investigation process;
- Provides follow up of critical adverse occurrences and those involving multiple patients and supervises the sentinel event review from a nursing perspective;
- Supervises clinical teammates within their area of responsibility to ensure appropriate maintenance of safe clinical environments.
- Oversees the clinical due diligence process and ensures required action plans are communicated and followed up.
- Quality improvement:
- Promote and lead country Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities;
- Monitor implementation and report on country CQI initiatives.
- Attend the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings on a routine basis or ensure the CSS are attending and providing feedback.
- Policy and procedure:
- Ensure country procedures are aligned with the requirements of International policy;

- Prepare preliminary interpretations/commentaries and analysis on P&L and related operating reports aiming to create “actionable insights” for operation and management team

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position supports DaVita’s operations in Malaysia in providing paralegal support to the Senior Legal Counsel – Malaysia, and Singapore, with a special emphasis on legal/regulatory and corporate governance matters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support day-to-day operational legal and regulatory needs
- License application and renewal process – application and renewal tracking, establishing a good rapport with licensing agencies and staying updated on changing regulations.
- Coordinate corporate filings for legal entities and support their licensing and company secretarial requirements
- Management and organization of contracts (CONGA)
- Assist with uploading of documents on legalese (mainly corporate secretarial documents)
- Keeping track of agreements for stamping and filing them
- Assist with the renewal of data protection licenses (keeping track of renewal and payments for the licenses)
- Assisting in managing the tracker i.e., keeping track of expiry dates of tenancy and physician agreements for our 40 clinics

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This position is responsible for Human Resources Administrative functions including assist on recruitment activities, Training and Development and preparation of monthly reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the PS Team Lead in HR Operations and administrative activities;
- Administer workday system - creation of position and teammates ID, update for leaver’s on timely manner;
- Assist for the enrollment of Group Term life and medical benefits for new joiners, termination of account for leavers on timely manner;
- Assist on preparation of letters, HR trackers and monthly reporting;
- Update and maintain payroll movement and teammates confirmation on timely manner;
- Update organisation chart on timely manner;
- Maintain and upkeep of personal file on timely manner;
- Maintain and update the MS Outlook address book;
- Assist on coordinate on-boarding process and setup of workstation for new joiners;
- Assist in recruitment activities including interview arrangement and make job offer to potential candidates;
- Assist on the application and renewal of licenses, work visa and corporate insurance;
- Assist on insurance billing;
- Assist on Employee Engagement survey, if required;
- Assist on the overall training administration which includes training applications, HRDF submission and claims, training plan and coordinate on internal and external trainings;
- Assist on Post Basic Course enrollment for Nurses and in-charge for hostel arrangement, if necessary;
- Assist in HR Operations and administrative activities;
- Any other administrative task as and when required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.
- Min. Diploma in any field or HR professional certificate;
- Proficient in Ms. Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Basic knowledge of Malaysia labour law - employment act, statutory requirement;
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Good interpersonal and communications skills;
- Positive working attitude, independent and good teamwork player;
- Self-motivated and multitasking, able to work with tight deadlines;

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to provide front office assistance as well as to provide general admin support.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide front desk support by managing the reception, telephone, mail, courier, dispatch services, photocopying, printing, stationaries etc
- Administer travel booking, including air travel, car rental, hotel booking and cleaning services.
- Organize, arrange and set up teleconferences, meetings, travel requests including ticketing, hotel and ground arrangements.
- Provide word processing support such as reporting and preparing presentation materials
- Provide general office support – eg. Parking card / access card registration for new hires.
- Track incoming documents for signature, distribution and filing.
- Telephone screening and answering, particularly when Manager is away from office.
- Screen and open all mail except Private & Confidential items. Prioritize mail to the attention of Manager.
- Handling/ dealing with correspondence, calls, queries etc.
- Organise department meetings and occasional social events
- Manage databases, files and records, manuals, documents, correspondences
- Handle requests for office stationery
- Perform other ad-hoc function as assigned by Office Manager.
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
- Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
- Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
- Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
- Diploma in any fields with at least 3 years of related experience in a medium sized office environment.
- Good IT skills.
- Working knowledge of office equipment
