GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position is responsible for planning, developing and driving on organic and in-organic growth projects, business analysis, and market research initiatives. We seek the candidate for this position who are eager to expand their experience beyond an advisory role to see through business creation and business improvements that have a sustainable impact on organizations. This position is required to support the Director of Business Development and Growth, and to work closely with Finance and Operation Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Analyst, this role will involve:

  • Support and drive the analysis and recommendations for overall organic projects (Expansion and DeNovos), as well as the market research and profitability simulation of individual projects.
  • Support the strategic analysis, lead generation, and executions for in-organic projects (M&A, Hospital opportunities, etc.)
  • Support the analysis and recommendations for the company to serve new patients and physicians in potential new areas (New modality, etc.,)

  • Prepare high quality presentations and reports and the company’ leadership meeting materials

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance from a recognised university, or Professional Accounting qualification(s)
  • Strong work tenure: three to five years of relevant experience, preferably from an accounting advisory or corporate finance role with in depth knowledge of complex areas such as business combination, merger accounting, group restructuring, joint operations and revenue recognition.
  • Analytical, strong business acumen and able to thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Technologically savvy, experience with any data analytics software

Penjagaan Pesakit – Merangkumi kehidupan pesakit dan memberi perkhidmatan klinikal yang optimum
Kejayaan sebuah fasiliti dialisis DaVita diukur mengikut sejauh mana tindak balas pesakit terhadap rawatan yang diberi. Pengurus Fasiliti bertanggungjawab untuk memantau keputusan klinikal pesakit dengan menggunakan kualiti matrik DaVita (DQI) dan bekerjasama dengan para doktor, jururawat dan juga pasukan tatatertib DaVita.

Bertanggungjawab mengenai segala perkara yang berkaitan dengan perkhidmatan pesakit dialisis Peringkat Akhir/End Stage Renal Disease di dalam situasi yang kronik.

TUGAS-TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB ASAS

  • Menyelia dan menjaga pesakit secara keseluruhan namun tidak terhad kepada pemantauan dan pengambilan tanda-tanda vital, permulaan dan pemberhentian dialisis, menguruskan dokumentasi, menilai keadaan fizikal dan rawatan pesakit, merekodkan arahan daripada pakar perubatan, mendokumentasi dan merekod panduan berdasarkan keputusan makmal
  • Mengenalpasti tanda-tanda trauma, peka terhadap keadaan mental dan fizikal pesakit, mematuhi arahan pakar perubatan terhadap rawatan dialisis pesakit, dan memantau rekod perubatan pesakit
  • Menganalisa pencapaian pesakit, data makmal dan sekiranya perlu, menyampaikan isu-isu yang berbangkit yang berkaitan dengan pesakit kepada pakar perubatan
  • Memberitahu setiap kecemasan, komplikasi yang kritikal dan perkara yang membahayakan nyawa pesakit kepada penyelia, Pengarah Perubatan, Pengarah Operasi Serantau, Pentadbir Fasiliti dan Pentadbir Kumpulan Fasiliti
  • Menilai pesakit dan keluarga pesakit berkaitan dengan pengetahuan mereka mengenai dialisis dan perkara-perkara yang berkaitan, juga menyampaikan maklumat berkaitan dengan penyakit buah pinggang dan rawatan yang diperlukan oleh pesakit, termasuk impaknya terhadap kesihatan dan cara kehidupan pesakit
  • Menjalankan terapi dialisis, termasuk namun tidak terhad kepada pelan yang dicadangkan oleh pakar perubatan, menilai kadar ultrafiltrasi, mengesahkan bahawa faktor keselamatan sentiasa dipatuhi, memantau ubatan dan rawatan pesakit, menghentikan dialisis mengikut prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, mendokumentasikan segala aktiviti yang berkaitan dengan kesihatan pesakit
  • Memberi taklimat kepada pesakit mengenai penjagaan sebelum dan selepas dialisis
  • Mentadbir penjagaan kesihatan pesakit dengan hormat dan cermat
  • Mengambil bahagian di dalam perkembangan pelaksanaan pelan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang pesakit, dan merekod perkembangan bulanan pesakit
KELAYAKAN MINIMA
  • Berdaftar dengan Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia

  • Baru menamatkan pembelajaran, memiliki pengalaman kurang daripada setahun selepas memiliki lesen

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the Company which includes establishing recruitment strategies for division and/or region, applicant tracking, recruiting related projects for assigned region/division, manage onboarding process, headcount reporting, exit interviews and termination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including Job posting, screening and selection, interview arrangement, conduct reference check, prepare contracts, make job offer, on boarding process, exit interviews and termination; 
  • Scheduling & conducting interview and evaluate qualified candidates to hiring based on criteria and guideline;
  • Work with regional/national management in developing and implementing recruitment and sourcing strategies and new programs as needed;
  • Design and effectively manage pilot recruitment programs, leading to successful rollout of programs designed to offer high-impact, simplified recruiting methods
    • Provide day-to-day management, ongoing education, support and coaching of recruiters while serving as a technical recruitment specialist through active participation in all phases of the recruiting cycle;
  • Provide recruitment-related reports and analysis to drive sourcing strategy, campaign strategies and resourcing plans, and build pipelines for current and future hiring demands;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years’ recruiting and/or related HR experience required; minimum of 3 years’ healthcare related experience preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment preferred
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; significant experience with recruiting databases strongly preferred

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position is a key member of DaVita’s field management team. This position is responsible for the general management and oversight of operations. This position provides strategic and tactical leadership, counsel and direction to the field management of DaVita to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care.  Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and works closely with General Manager to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values. Position has budget and P&L accountability.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for assisting with generating purchase orders, following up with delivery of goods ordered, inventory control, analysing vendor’s performance, sourcing for products, analyse and extract relevant information from business data to help automate and optimize key processes and carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.

  • Regularly issuing purchase orders for indirect and direct materials to support dialysis operations.

  • Act as a company liaison with vendors, assist in vendor selection and qualification, measure vendor performance and ensure that all terms and conditions of the Purchasing Contract are met with a focus on quality, price and delivery.
  • Ascertain and assist in new vendor qualification.
  • Assists in updating lead times, changes in price, delivery due dates and all other purchase order data to keep systems current.
  • Expedite past due purchase orders.
  • Assist in reschedule, cancel and/or adjust quantities as required.
  • Assist in troubleshooting invoices for accounts payable team.
  • Assist in the maintenance of purchase order files, and all other files pertaining to the purchasing function to allow for maximum information retrieval.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Partner Engagement is responsible to build the customer base and drive new haemodialysis patient acquisition by regularly promoting the services of DaVita Malaysia via meet up and various marketing activities to selected/targeted stakeholders; Nephrologists / Medical Officers / Medical Assistants / Haemodialysis Unit Nurses of government hospitals and private hospitals/clinics; Social Welfare Department; Private insurance companies and TPAs; Corporate clients.

  • The candidate will drive and monitor the growth in terms of patient numbers within the targeted DaVita Malaysia Clinics (8 clinics in Perak/Pinang/Kedah/Perlis) and ensure the Company is on track to reach its planned target for the year.
  • The candidate will assist patients in the smooth completion of the necessary procedures for DaVita enrolment (e.g. discharge from referral hospitals/clinics, submission of admission packet, DaVita Nephrologist consultation, Sponsorship application with Guarantee letter, etc.).
  • The candidate will provide necessary follow-up to retain after patients enrolled in DaVita to improve their satisfaction with DaVita care services (e.g. attend to patients’ complaints & grievances, etc.)
  • The candidate will work closely with Centre Teammates, Regional Operation Manager, other Partner Engagements teammates and HQ Marketing & Communication team to deliver results.
  • The candidate will make a regular report about the progress of relationship building with key stakeholders as well as patient acquisition.
  • The candidate will make necessary research on local competitors and industry trends to help define a strategy for the organization

Key qualities required of this individual will be enthusiasm for communications, relationship building, and proven sales experience to deliver results, with an ability to think and act independently, proactively, and collaborate effectively. This individual will coach and provide advice to the Partner Engagements teammates, and will ultimately be considered a valued member of the Malaysia Operations team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Relationship building with patient referral source and other key stakeholders - Leading promotion of DaVita Malaysia in partnership with operations teams to drive new patient acquisition (organic growth).
  • Patient Communication - Assist and follow up closely with patients to obtain necessary information for their decision-making in a timely manner together with Centre Teammates.
  • Planning, Execution, and Reporting;
    • Develop an internal plan and strategic priorities to engage referral sources and inorganic growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver marketing activities and appropriate presentation materials on service and company updates.
    • Prepare a Monthly report on the progress.
    • Attend bi-weekly patient pipeline meetings, and other relevant meetings/trainings invited or assigned.
  • Partnership and alignment with local Operations team to ensure clear communications
  • Agility and flexibility to apply business insights and research to communications activities
  • Partner with other leaders on growth initiatives and market research
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and quality guidelines (DaVita’s internal protocols and policies) in all activities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Following are the qualifications and certifications associated for this job position:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree required
  • Min 2-5 years direct sales experience, relationship building or marketing role in healthcare services or life sciences industries is referred, in particular pharma sales
  • Proven track record of the ability to plan and execute relationship building to delivery results (i.e., identify targets, obtain contacts, build relationships, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications and sales and relationship management tools (i.e., web and mobile platforms, etc.)

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The position relates to overseeing daily center’s facilities, projects and biomedical engineering works, commissioning new projects for operations and ensuring all maintenance aspects are being monitored, checked and run reliably to avoid any business disruptions. Position is responsible for the planning of the yearly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Master List and ensure these PPMs are carry out according to the schedule either In-house or Contract-out. He/she is to supervise all activities in the department and verify all vendors’ Service Reports and Invoices before submitting to Senior Manager, Facility, Special Projects & Biomed. He/she is to supervise all biomedical related activities/issues functionally and support a decision making for Senior Manager, Facility, Special Projects & Biomed. He/she is to strictly adhere to all the policies and processes set-up in DaVita policy and procedure (P&P), MSQH and other requirement provided by relevant government authority. He/she is responsible to provide input thought creative thinking or brainstorming to resolve issues and working towards the company’s targets and objective.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

  • To oversee daily center’s projects, facilities and biomedical engineering works by communicating closely with Regional Operation Manager (ROM), Facility Administrator (FA) and other staffs in the center on the matter arising;

  • To prepare a systematic program for the repair, service and replacement of the assets including center;

  • To plan, develop, implement and monitor the yearly Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Planed Corrective Maintenance (PCM) programs for all the Biomedical engineering maintenance services (BEMS) and Facility engineering maintenance services (FEMS) in the center. And make all effort to ensure the completion of all PPM before or on its due date, and update or reschedule the work if necessary with proper documentation;

  • To respond to all BEMS and FEMS work requests within the specified time frame stated in the P&P, and determine the best corrective action for the particular repair work so as to maintain high equipment uptime;

  • To perform corrective actions or equipment breakdown repair works on all facility and biomedical assets of the center and any other equipment that is used in the center. Ensuring they are safe to be operated by user and use on patients;

  • To monitor inventory for all the Facility and Biomedical Equipment’s in the Centers and to be responsible in updating new equipment and maintain the inventory list;

  • To supervise and follow-up all work done by equipment distributors/contract vendors. And verify vendor’s corrective or PPM works are acceptable to DaVita center by signing off the Job Sheets or Service Reports after the end-user acceptance of the satisfactory work done on the equipment;

  • To inform and follow up closely with equipment vendors for getting their quick response to any equipment breakdown that needs attention and implement best possible ways to safe guard the centre Biomedical assets and equipment uptime;

  • To guide and coaches other staff in the center and HQ office, and to conduct or coordinate with equipment vendor for technical training for equipment users, especially regarding biomedical engineering works;

  • To respond with similar manner to any Work Request after office hour or during Public Holiday and standby as per superior’s request;

  • To strictly adhere to all of DaVita P&P and ensure all P&P are followed without compromise the DaVita interest. To support Senior Manager, Facility, Special Projects & Biomed to revise all P&P as needed;

  • To undertake any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time and does not exclude other occasional work assignment not mentioned; i.e. to prepare Purchase Requisition, traveling out for spare parts purchase, getting loaned equipment or center documents;

  • To provide necessary assistance and support for newly center set-up, relocation and expansion of the center in Malaysia;

  • To provide support as needed to the team, especially during preparation for key milestones, audits, meetings, and documentations;

  • To accept travel outstations on short notice as required by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in related area required Mechanical & Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural;

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ working experience, preferably from a dialysis service provider or hospital facility & biomedical management role with such as running projects on site, inspection for testing and commissioning and handling contractual matters;

    • Familiar with local authorities and municipal licensing;

    • Experience with entire process of biomedical engineering works;

    • Experience with entire process of construction and renovation interior fit-out works, M&E works;

    • Familiar with clinical requirements (MOH) is an added advantage;

    • Familiar with clinical areas and/or Biomedical equipment is an add advantage;

    • Advance computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required; intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook;

    • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Fluent in the written and verbal skills (English and Malay);

  • Able to plan and organizes work activities and projects;

  • Honest with pleasant personality.
