GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position is responsible for planning, developing and driving on organic and in-organic growth projects, business analysis, and market research initiatives. We seek the candidate for this position who are eager to expand their experience beyond an advisory role to see through business creation and business improvements that have a sustainable impact on organizations. This position is required to support the Director of Business Development and Growth, and to work closely with Finance and Operation Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

As Business Analyst, this role will involve:

  • Support and drive the analysis and recommendations for overall organic projects (Expansion and DeNovos), as well as the market research and profitability simulation of individual projects.
  • Support the strategic analysis, lead generation, and executions for in-organic projects (M&A, Hospital opportunities, etc.)
  • Support the analysis and recommendations for the company to serve new patients and physicians in potential new areas (New modality, etc.,)
  • Provide technical support for valuations and commercial and various due diligence (financial, legal, compliance, regulatory, etc.,) on potential M&A and partnership opportunity
  • Prepare and maintain the list of competitors and physician partners in the market that help management plan and implement the strategy (“Sabermetrics”, etc.), and plan and execute to build effective relationships with them
  • Conduct high quality quantitative analysis and advanced financial modelling that provides actionable insights, and be able to present them well
  • Prepare high quality presentations and reports and the company’ leadership meeting materials
  • Support senior management in various strategic, operations, and investment projects
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with a variety of other divisions within the company
  • Keep abreast of latest industry developments within the region that may be relevant to the company
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties)

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance from a recognised university, or Professional Accounting qualification(s)
  • Strong work tenure: three to five years of relevant experience, preferably from an accounting advisory or corporate finance role with in depth knowledge of complex areas such as business combination, merger accounting, group restructuring, joint operations and revenue recognition.
  • Analytical, strong business acumen and able to thrive in an unstructured environment
  • Technologically savvy, experience with any data analytics software
  • Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, etc.

Fungsi setiap individu mungkin berbeza bergantung pada keperluan dan struktur Bahagian mereka

TANGGUNGJAWAB DAN TUGAS UTAMA

  • Mengekalkan perkembangan profesional sendiri. Mengemas kini pengetahuan baharu secara berkala melalui kehadiran dan penyertaan dalam persidangan, seminar dan bengkel.
  • Mengekalkan tahap pengetahuan dan kecekapan klinikal sendiri sesuai dengan trend semasa dalam bidang kejururawatan kontemporari.

KLINIKAL

  • Membantu dalam perkembangan, peninjauan, penyemakan, dan pematuhan polisi dan prosedur klinikal dan / atau bahan pendidikan.
  • Memberi latihan dan memantau pelaksanaan polisi dan prosedur klinikal di kemudahan tersebut.
  • Mengambil bahagian bersama Country Nursing Lead (CNL) dan Facility Administrator (FA) dalam mengenal pasti dan mengembangkan tujuan pendidikan dan tujuan hasil khusus.
  • Membantu pelaksanaan dan pemantauan matlamat untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan.
  • Menyediakan perkhidmatan perundingan untuk profesional kesihatan lain yang sesuai di dalam kemudahan DaVita.
  • Membangun dan menjalankan pendidikan formal dan tidak formal untuk jururawat dan rakan sepasukan yang sesuai.
  • Membantu perkembangan program pendidikan pesakit, mengadakan seminar pendidikan pesakit, dan ikut serta dalam program fokus pesakit.
  • Menyelaras kajian dan penyiasatan kejadian buruk sentinel dan ikut serta dalam pelan hukuman dan tindak lanjut seperti yang diminta.

  • Post Basic Certification/Diploma in Renal Nursing

Penjagaan Pesakit – Merangkumi kehidupan pesakit dan memberi perkhidmatan klinikal yang optimum
Kejayaan sebuah fasiliti dialisis DaVita diukur mengikut sejauh mana tindak balas pesakit terhadap rawatan yang diberi. Pengurus Fasiliti bertanggungjawab untuk memantau keputusan klinikal pesakit dengan menggunakan kualiti matrik DaVita (DQI) dan bekerjasama dengan para doktor, jururawat dan juga pasukan tatatertib DaVita.

Pengurus fasiliti kami sentiasa berusaha di dalam membentuk satu pasukan klinikal yang bersepadu agar pesakit mendapat penjagaan yang optimum. TUGAS UTAMA

Bertanggungjawab mengenai segala perkara yang berkaitan dengan perkhidmatan pesakit dialisis Peringkat Akhir/End Stage Renal Disease di dalam situasi yang kronik.

TUGAS-TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB ASAS

Berikut adalah tugasan dan tanggungjawab asas secara umum namun tidak hanya terhad atau tertakluk seperti yang dinyatakan.

  • Menyelia dan menjaga pesakit secara keseluruhan namun tidak terhad kepada pemantauan dan pengambilan tanda-tanda vital, permulaan dan pemberhentian dialisis, menguruskan dokumentasi, menilai keadaan fizikal dan rawatan pesakit, merekodkan arahan daripada pakar perubatan, mendokumentasi dan merekod panduan berdasarkan keputusan makmal
  • Mengenalpasti tanda-tanda trauma, peka terhadap keadaan mental dan fizikal pesakit, mematuhi arahan pakar perubatan terhadap rawatan dialisis pesakit, dan memantau rekod perubatan pesakit
  • Menganalisa pencapaian pesakit, data makmal dan sekiranya perlu, menyampaikan isu-isu yang berbangkit yang berkaitan dengan pesakit kepada pakar perubatan
  • Memberitahu setiap kecemasan, komplikasi yang kritikal dan perkara yang membahayakan nyawa pesakit kepada penyelia, Pengarah Perubatan, Pengarah Operasi Serantau, Pentadbir Fasiliti dan Pentadbir Kumpulan Fasiliti
  • Menilai pesakit dan keluarga pesakit berkaitan dengan pengetahuan mereka mengenai dialisis dan perkara-perkara yang berkaitan, juga menyampaikan maklumat berkaitan dengan penyakit buah pinggang dan rawatan yang diperlukan oleh pesakit, termasuk impaknya terhadap kesihatan dan cara kehidupan pesakit
  • Menjalankan terapi dialisis, termasuk namun tidak terhad kepada pelan yang dicadangkan oleh pakar perubatan, menilai kadar ultrafiltrasi, mengesahkan bahawa faktor keselamatan sentiasa dipatuhi, memantau ubatan dan rawatan pesakit, menghentikan dialisis mengikut prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, mendokumentasikan segala aktiviti yang berkaitan dengan kesihatan pesakit
  • Memberi taklimat kepada pesakit mengenai penjagaan sebelum dan selepas dialisis
  • Mentadbir penjagaan kesihatan pesakit dengan hormat dan cermat
  • Mengambil bahagian di dalam perkembangan pelaksanaan pelan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang pesakit, dan merekod perkembangan bulanan pesakit
KELAYAKAN MINIMA
  • Berdaftar dengan Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia
  • Memiliki sijil perkhidmatan terkini
  • Baru menamatkan pembelajaran, memiliki pengalaman kurang daripada setahun selepas memiliki lesen 
  • Mempunyai pengalaman menguruskan dialisis kurang daripada 3 bulan 
  • Memiliki lesen nefrologi yang diiktiraf, memiliki kelayakan asas di dalam bidang nefrologi
  • Mempunyai kemahiran asas di dalam MS Word dan Outlook.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the Company which includes establishing recruitment strategies for division and/or region, applicant tracking, recruiting related projects for assigned region/division, manage onboarding process, headcount reporting, exit interviews and termination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including Job posting, screening and selection, interview arrangement, conduct reference check, prepare contracts and make job offer;
  • Work with regional/national management in developing and implementing recruitment and sourcing strategies and new programs as needed
  • Design and effectively manage pilot recruitment programs, leading to successful rollout of programs designed to offer high-impact, simplified recruiting methods
  • Provide day-to-day management, ongoing education, support and coaching of recruiters while serving as a technical recruitment specialist through active participation in all phases of the recruiting cycle
  • Establish and manage cohesive recruiting team; ensure effective, consistent recruiting processes are in place while streamlining recruiting tasks and ensuring consistent recruiting focus
  • Monitor and track metrics to identify trending; redirect team as appropriate to ensure workload is managed to produce established goals
  • Manage internal and external recruiting activities including a preferred vendor list and contract recruiters
  • Build effective relationships with all clients (internal/external), leveraging relationships to accomplish goals
  • Serve as recruiting liaison for Company-sponsored committees and initiatives
  • Work with PSTLs (People Services Team Leaders) to identify challenges within the region via exit interviews and other sources of data
  • Develop and foster strong partnership with People Services management team, region/division management, and corporate recruiting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area required;
  • Minimum of 7 years’ recruiting and/or related HR experience required; minimum of 3 years’ healthcare related experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ management experience preferred; multi-site, decentralized (off- site, home-based recruiters) preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment preferred
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; significant experience with recruiting databases strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of AAPs (Affirmative Action Plans) and laws/regulations related to staffing and recruitment required
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is accountable for the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred care to the highest standards within all of DaVita’s clinics across Malaysia.

As the medical leader of the country, the CMO must demonstrate to all teammates that:

  • the patient is at the centre of all DaVita activities
  • a culture of openness in safety and clinical effectiveness is nurtured from board to the clinic floor
  • effective, evidence based, standardised clinical care and continuous quality improvement will be delivered across all clinical operations
  • the core values of DaVita are exemplified in everyday clinical practice
  • DaVita provides care that goes beyond other healthcare organisations

The CMO will report to the country General Manager who will act as their direct line manager. Time allocated to each of these roles will be determined by the General Manager. The CMO will also have a reporting role to the International CMO for clinical governance related issues.

ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Patient Safety

The CMO will be accountable for delivering safe care for all of their responsible patients and will:

  1. reinforce the message that patient safety is at the heart of all of DaVita’s clinical activities with the aspiration of becoming a zero avoidable harm, high reliability kidney care provider
  2. demonstrate authentic leadership to TMs in pursuit of a positive safety culture and a learning healthcare environment
  3. impress upon TMs the importance of constant surveillance of the patient environment and patient care activities for potential risks to safety. This will include the reporting of ‘near misses’ as well adverse occurrences
  4. hold physicians accountable for centralised safety and adverse event reporting
  5. participate in the investigation (eg. root cause analysis) of adverse occurrences and support the clinic teams in the analysis, remediation and feedback of findings/action plan to TMs
  6. discuss where relevant cases that require escalation with the country nursing lead in accordance with DaVita policies and procedures
  7. be responsible for accurate and timely central reporting of Safety related KPIs for the country
  8. maintain meticulous documentation of any safety related issues as required

B. Clinical Performance and Quality

The CMO will have direct accountability and oversight of all aspects of clinical care across the country, including:

  1. Responsibility for each clinic achieving its pre-set clinical KPI goals
  2. Overseeing and defining scope of clinical quality improvement (QI) programmes for their clinics
  3. Clinical KPI reporting
  4. Overseeing clinical audits in partnership with the country nursing lead
  5. Ensuring that biomed reporting and processes are fulfilled in partnership with the country biomed lead
  6. Helping with physician change management related to rollouts of new initiatives and clinical performance
  7. Implementing standardized clinical governance and audit processes
  8. Establishing a strategy for holding physicians accountable for outcomes
  9. Establishing complex programs and educational programs (diabetic foot examination, nutritional, wellbeing, exercise, etc) to drive QI
  10. Partaking in regular quality meetings with clinic teams on a regular basis (eg. Huddles, Safety Briefings, etc)
  11. Where a clinic or group of patients is receiving care not in keeping with DaVita clinical standards, the CMO will provide direct support to improve clinical quality
  12. Involvement in clinical due diligence when requested by the country GM

C. Patient Experience

The CMO will participate in reviews of patient experience for clinics in their area in partnership with the country nursing and operations team. This may be through:

  1. survey results
  2. studies of Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs)
  3. direct patient feedback/complaints
  4. chairing a patient participation group to canvas opinion of patients to help improve their care/co-production of services
  5. They may be required to act as an extra point of contact should communication between a patient and the TMs in their clinic not meet patient needs. The CMO will also be expected to work with other functional teams to ensure that patient experience is of the highest quality and differentiated. This may involve co-design of programs to improve experience

D. Medical Education

There will be a need for the CMO to be involved in educational programmes where necessary by:

  1. Developing high quality medical education materials for physicians, nurses or other relevant stakeholders
  2. Delivering teaching in to teammates by a number of methods (eg. in-person, online)
  3. Identify areas of educational need related to safety or quality performance and target education programmes to meet those needs

E. Physician Engagement

The CMO will assist with physician engagement including:

  1. assisting the Country GM in short- and long-term strategy, objectives and execution for DaVita physician engagement programmes
  2. organizing local physician networks
  3. developing recruitment and retention strategies
  4. developing nephrology fellow/medical student/other physicians engagement activities
  5. Coordinating regional quality circles and summits
  6. Leading physician change management activities
  7. Design and implementation of the physician components of change management communications

F. Other

At the request of the General Manager/International CMO, the CMO may be required to assist with:

  1. Clinical research (eg. epidemiological, de novo research)
  2. Clinical trials in partnership with other organisations/industry
  3. Academic outputs for national/international conferences
  4. Horizon scanning for innovative new technology/models of care that could be deployed within country
  5. Participate in events and activities organised by the International clinical team

G. Key Relationships/Cross collaboration

The CMO will work with other functional lanes as required on initiatives that require cross collaboration.

  1. They will maintain a close working relationship with lead nurses and physicians in all clinics
  2. The CMO will meet with their counterparts in operations and finance on a regular basis and ensure that project plans are being executed in a coordinated fashion
  3.  Activities related to physician engagement will require liaison with People Services
  4. Physician change management may require coordination with Marketing and Comms
  5. Issues related to clinical data/EMR/Safety Management Systems may also need liaison with IT
  6. Participate in Wisdom/Davita Way activities with local/above country Wisdom teams
  7. Communication with International teams as required
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Candidates must have demonstrable experience of the above as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, presentational skills and attention to detail.
