GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for the delivery of all dialysis related nursing services for the End Stage Renal Disease patient in a chronic setting.

- Instructs patients on pre- and post-dialysis care

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Responsible to coordinate the CCS team and support the clinical teammates with the implementation, development and maintenance of:
