Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

General Purpose of this Job

The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist executes marketing strategies and manages stakeholder relations to enhance patient enrolment, retention, education, and revenue. The role requires close collaboration with Partner Engagement, Operations, CRM, and Clinical teams, and involves overseeing communications, events, employee engagement, and CSR activities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce patient education materials for public distribution.
  • Work with the Clinical team to create Continuous Medical Education (CME) content for patients, the public, and healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare materials for Operations team visits to government hospitals and other stakeholders, and coordinate CME talks with hospitals.
  • Promote healthcare services through newsletters and patient financial education sessions.
  • Manage the development, curation, and publication of content on the corporate website, ensuring it is available in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Create and oversee social media content that promotes services, highlights sponsor benefits, engages employees, and updates on partnerships. Handle customer service inquiries on social media and update the WhatsApp catalog proposal.
  • Execution of organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google.
  • Innovate marketing and branding strategies to enhance the company’s digital presence and engagement.
  • Assist in managing internal and CSR events, with a focus on digital communications and employee engagement.
  • Support internal and external communications, including material preparation and graphic design.
  • Coordinate the company’s participation in community outreach events, conferences, and patient retention initiatives, including administering patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and quality guidelines in all activities.
  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, journalism, advertising, or web design.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing programs, including digital marketing (social media and website management).
  • Copywriting, creative writing skills, and ability to translate in multiple languages.
  • Experience in event management (CSR, conferences, promotional events).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
