Capsicum With Fish Fillings
Ingredients
- 2 pieces mackerel – only use the flesh, kneaded
- 2 capsicum – cut into 2 & remove seed
Ingredients A – For the Coating
- 3 cloves garlic *
- 4 onions *
- 1 inch ginger *
- 1 stalk celery *
- 2 tea spoon black pepper powder
- ¼ tea spoon salt
Ingredient B – For the Gravy
- ½ cup coconut milk
* Chopped
Instructions
- Mix fish with Ingredients A. Mix well.
- Fill capsicum with mixture.
- Put the capsicum in a pot and pour coconut milk into the pot.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
