Crispy Fish Snack
  • 450g fish fillet (dory or tilapia), sliced about the size of a finger
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt (low fat, natural)
  • 9 plain crackers, smashed
  • Mix fillet with garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, curry powder, black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes, place in the fridge.
  • Heat oven at 200ºc for 10 minutes.
  • Coat fillet with smashed cracker and lay on a baking tray lined with baking sheet.
  • Place tray in the oven and bake at 200ºc using the combination of upper and bottom of heat for 6 minutes or until fillet turned golden brown.
  • Sprinkle pepper on the surface of the fillet as garnish. Serve.
