- 450g fish fillet (dory or tilapia), sliced about the size of a finger
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoon yogurt (low fat, natural)
- 9 plain crackers, smashed
- Mix fillet with garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, curry powder, black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes, place in the fridge.
- Heat oven at 200ºc for 10 minutes.
- Coat fillet with smashed cracker and lay on a baking tray lined with baking sheet.
- Place tray in the oven and bake at 200ºc using the combination of upper and bottom of heat for 6 minutes or until fillet turned golden brown.
- Sprinkle pepper on the surface of the fillet as garnish. Serve.
