Oat Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 pieces of chicken – cut into 8 parts
- 1 cup of cooking oil for frying
Ingredients A – For the Marinate
- ½ tablespoon curry powder *
- ½ tablespoon turmeric powder *
- ¼ teaspoon pepper *
- ¼ teaspoon salt *
Ingredients B – For the Coating
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon corn powder
- 2 tablespoon oat
* Mixed well
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with Ingredients A for 30 minutes.
- Add egg into the chicken and mix well. Add corn flour and mix well.
- Coat pieces of chicken with oat.
- Fry until crispy and golden brown.
