Stir Fried Pasta
Ingredients
Ingredients A: Pasta
- 1 ½ cups of pasta – boil for 10 minutes
- 1 piece of chicken – chopped
- ½ cup of water
Ingredients B: For stir-fry
- 2 teaspoons of cooking oil
- 5 cloves of garlic *
- 5 onions *
- 4 teaspoons of blended chilli
- 1 tin (250 g) of tomato puree
* Chopped # Diced
Instructions
- Heat cooking oil. Add onion until fragrant.
- Add blended chilli, stir for 3 minutes then add tomato puree. Stir well.
- Add chopped chicken and let cooked. Add water.
- Season with salt and sugar.
- Add onion, capsicum and tomato, stir well.
- Add pasta and mix well.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
- Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
