Stir Fry Siew Pak Choy
  • 4 stalks Siew Pak Choy
  • 1 small packet of fresh oyster mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour * 
  • 3 tablespoon water * 

* Mixed

  1. Heat oil. Fry garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add water and oyster sauce.
  3. Add oyster mushrooms. Add green mustard when the mushrooms soften.
  4. Add corn flour mixture little by little, mix until it thickens and vegetable becomes wilted.
  5. Ready to be served.
