Stir Fry Siew Pak Choy

- 4 stalks Siew Pak Choy
- 1 small packet of fresh oyster mushroom
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon corn flour *
- 3 tablespoon water *
* Mixed
- Heat oil. Fry garlic until fragrant.
- Add water and oyster sauce.
- Add oyster mushrooms. Add green mustard when the mushrooms soften.
- Add corn flour mixture little by little, mix until it thickens and vegetable becomes wilted.
- Ready to be served.
