Cantonese Kuetiaw
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 4 cups of kuetiaw
- 3 cloves of garlic - chopped
- 1 ½ chicken breast - diced
- 2 stalks of green mustard – cut small
- ¾ cups of water
Ingredients B
- 3 tablespoons of thick soy sauce
Ingredients C
- 1 egg
- ½ tablespoon corn flour *
- 2 tablespoons of water *

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil dan fry the kuetiaw, then set aside.
- Using the same wok, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, add onion and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and stir for a few minutes.
- Add green mustard.
- Add water and season with thick soy sauce. Let boiled.
- Add egg and stir well.
- Add mixture of corn flour little by little until thick gravy is formed. Stir well.
- Transfer into a serving plate and serve immediately.
