Dr. Tan has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. Trained as a Nephrologist from the University of Minnesota, USA,  he also has a Master’s in Public Health. His prior job roles have included lecturing at the University of Malaya and serving as Medical Director of the Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Hospital in Melaka. Most recently, he has been working with the Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care group as a clinical nephrologist. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology and the Malaysian Society of Nephrology.

Majidah possesses more than 21 years of working experience in both areas of clinical and operations. She is experienced in terms of working alongside healthcare providers and is passionate about developing innovative solutions that meet patients’ and community needs. She is also proficient in developing trial plans including site monitoring plans, risk mitigation strategies, site selection, and clinical supplies management. 

Philles has close to 20 years of experience in Financial roles in various industries. Focusing on Financial Accounting, Manufacturing Accounts, and Accounting System Implementation. She was also involved in SOX implementation, an internal control procedure to protect investors by improving the accuracy and reliability of corporate disclosures. She is a qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Yusei brings approximately 8 years of investments and business development experience and 3 years of accounting experience in various industries including real estate, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, etc. Highly skilled and experienced in business development, strategic planning, private equity investment, post-merger integration, accounting and auditing. He holds a Bachelor's degree in History Studies from Kwansei Gakuin University.

Juanita Anthony has been in the HR field for close to 20 years. Her expertise is underscored through her achievements in both Industrial Relations and Employee Relations (IR&ER). She is profoundly known to have translated business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, growth, and employee engagement. She supports the company with unique perspectives, thrives on tough challenges, and converts visions into actionable strategies.

CJ’s career spans 20+ years in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, with 17 of those years in commercial and patient advocacy-related roles, locally and regionally. He transitioned to Ethics and Compliance 5+ years ago, aiming to reconcile org. commercial aspirations with compliance requirements. He holds a BSc in Biochemistry, an MBA, and is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I).
