Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients
Ingredients A: Tomato Sauce
- 2 tomatoes #
- ½ of onions #
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon of cooking oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
# Diced
Ingredients B: Filling
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 1 large onion – diced
- 1 clove of garlic – sliced
- 1 piece chicken breast – chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper
Ingredient C
- 150g dried lasagne– soak for 20 minutes
Instructions
Instructions for Tomato Sauce
- Heat oven at 180° Celsius.
- Bake tomato and onion for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and blend with a little water till ingredients turn into paste.
- In a wok, heat oil.
- Add blended ingredients, salt and sugar.
- Simmer for few minutes and set aside.
Instructions for the Fillings
- Heat oil and stir onion till fragrant.
- Add chicken & Tomato Sauce (Ingredients A). Mixed well until cook.
- Season with salt & coarse black pepper. Mixed and stir well. Set aside.
Instructions for Lasagne
- Grease oven tray and lined lasagne sheet in it. Add 1/3 fillings.
- Repeat process 1 till all ingredients are used up ending with the lasagne sheets at the top.
- Cover tray with aluminium foil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
