Kerabu Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon of cooking oil
- ½ onion *
- 2 cloves of garlic *
- 2 bird’s eye chilli *
- ½ ginger flower *
- 1 lemongrass *
- 2 pieces of kaffir lime leaves *
- 1 cup of French beans *
- 6 cup of rice – cooked with blue food colouring or with butterfly pea flower
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of white pepper
- ½ cucumber – sliced thinly
- 1 cup of cabbage – sliced thinly

Instructions
- Heat oil.
- Add onion & chilli & fry till fragrant.
- Add ginger flower, lemongrass & kaffir lime leaves followed by French beans. Stir well.
- Add rice and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with cucumber & cabbage.
