Crispy Fish Snack
  • 450g fish fillet (dory or tilapia), sliced about the size of a finger
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt (low fat, natural)
  • 9 plain crackers, smashed
  1. Mix fillet with garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, curry powder, black pepper and marinate for 10 minutes, place in the fridge.
  2. Heat oven at 200ºc for 10 minutes.
  3. Coat fillet with smashed cracker and lay on a baking tray lined with baking sheet.
  4. Place tray in the oven and bake at 200ºc using the combination of upper and bottom of heat for 6 minutes or until fillet turned golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle pepper on the surface of the fillet as garnish. Serve.
